1. Returns and Refunds

  • Eligible Items: Soil Amendments, Fertilizers, and Landscape Fabrics that are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Opened or used products, customized items, and any products that are not in their original condition will not be eligible for a return.

2. Return Process

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a return authorization number (RAN) and further instructions.
  3. Pack the Item: Ensure the item is securely packed in its original packaging, including all tags, instructions, and accessories.
  4. Ship the Item: Ship the product back to the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for the shipping cost, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  5. Processing the Refund: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

3. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return it following the steps above and place a new order for the desired product.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund. Please provide pictures of the damaged item to assist with the claims process.

5. Shipping Costs
